In the past 9 months, Shawn and his team have literally "transformed" their restaurant's business model. They have developed a scalable operation that is now three times more profitable than their previous, traditional, 3-meal periods per day, restaurant model.

In addition, he is currently working on a plan to repurpose 60 percent of his dining room into a Master Smokehouse to service the additional seven to ten ghost kitchens he plans to add over the next three years.
