It's Not Just About The Food: How To Ensure You're Providing the Experience Your Guests REALLY Want

** This webinar is for members in the startup phase of their first restaurant, operators of existing restaurants and those who want to expand by adding additional locations and concepts **

One of the most common mistakes made by new restaurateurs is making the food that they serve the primary focus of the startup. While the quality of what you serve is clearly important, it is the execution of the guest experience that ultimately defines success.

In addition, to remain relevant in your local market, restaurants, like all businesses, must innovate and evolve in response to changing market conditions and consumer preferences. This is closely tied to entrepreneurship and there exist many innovation models, tools, and theories.

This webinar will offer a different look at innovation that will help you identify and respond to the experience the customers in your local market want.

Topics:

  • Establish strategies to reduce risk when opening a new restaurant
  • Identify methodologies for customer discovery
  • Create a concept-market fit
  • Define the elements of service innovation
  • Help to understand the role of the guest experience and emotion
  • Offer a process of opportunity through service innovation
  • Explore how this process can provide an opportunity for growth & expansion
