David Tripoli
Principal, The Restaurant Clinic
David Tripoli is the founder/principal of The Restaurant Clinic, an advisory team for the growing independent restaurant operator. He has been a successful leader in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, holding management and corporate leadership positions with both national and independent restaurant groups. Most recently, David was the Chief Operating Officer of the Truluck’s Restaurant Group, leading the team to grow to 13 locations in 4 states. He believes in a “People First Culture” and is currently assisting growing independent restaurant groups in the US and Canada.
